Northeast Community College has launched a new endeavor that will become the choice of technical training and educational resources for this region and beyond. The purpose of the Northeast Center for Enterprise (CFE) is to expand the college's rural revitalization efforts by providing advanced education and training opportunities for employers, employees, entrepreneurs, and communities. The Center will open doors to new opportunities for business, industry and entrepreneurs through one-stop premium services.

In three to five years, Northeast President Dr. Michael Chipps said the CFE will be the foremost training solution for this region’s business and industry, as well as for the new generation of entrepreneurs who are vital to our economic sustainability in rural America. “Not only do I believe that the CFE will be another innovative undertaking for Northeast Community College, but it will have a significant, positive impact on individuals and communities of our 20-county service area of Northeast and North Central Nebraska for future generations.”
