Accounts Payable/ Payroll Clerk

The City of Neligh, NE an Equal Opportunity Employer is accepting applications and resumes for the Accounts Payable/ Payroll Clerk position.   The successful candidate will be responsible for processing accounts payable claims for City Council approval and issue checks, process payroll and maintain payroll records, will assist with general fund accounting records and assist with customer calls and at the counter.   The job is a full-time hourly position.  Compensation based upon qualifications, experience and skills.  The successful applicant must pass a pre-employment drug test.  Benefits include health, life and vision insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, sick leave and retirement.
